Under 19 in full-time education

Over 60

On low income support, income-based job seekers allowance,
working families tax credit or disabled persons tax credit

Require certain complex lenses

A person with glaucoma or diabetes

Over 40 with a brother, sister or child or parent of someone
with glaucoma
