Four Marks is situated on the A31, between Winchester and Alton. It is 10 minutes from Alton and 20 minutes from Winchester.

Matheson Optometrists has earned the trust of the population of Hampshire and surrounding counties for over 30 years. At our Winchester Road practice you will see familiar, friendly staff, particularly Maria who is always on hand to help with your queries.

Here you will find all the latest and best diagnostic equipment, most of which would not be considered commonplace in your average opticians. We have Zeiss Cirrus OCT equipment, retinal and autofluorescence image capabilities and have therapeutically qualified optometrists in regular attendance. We believe we are able to provide you with a standard of eyecare which was inconcevable not all that long ago. All Matheson Optometrists practices are wheelchair friendly and are suitibly equipped to aid the elderly.

There is ample free parking on street or in the local parade car park

We hold clinics on average two days per week. Please contact us to book or discover our current clinic dates.

We have modern workshop facilities enabling rapid spectacle manufacture, often the same day. In addition to our own high quality brands, we stock Nike, Lindberg, Lacoste, Avanglion, Calvin Klein and Jaeger amongst many others.

We fit all types of contact lenses, punctal plugs, intra-canalicular plugs and regularly attend CET (continued educational training) courses to ensure that our optometrists are up to date.
